A no bullsh*t news show about figuring out how to do business better.

Everyone talks about doing business more responsibility—living your values, treating your people well, being more environmentally sustainable, balancing profit and purpose—but few people talk about how hard doing those things actually are. Being a socially conscious leader means navigating political landmines, deconstructing assumptions, and making hard decisions every day.

Every week, Adriele and Caleb dig deep into the week’s business, tech, and political news to try to interpret which leaders are getting it right—and who is stepping in it. Through deep dives into the most pressing issues related to social responsibility and business, and interviews with industry thought leaders, the co-hosts navigate what it means to be a leader trying to do better.
